We seem to spend large amounts of time with orders complete, wrapped,  adressed and ready to go to the post office,  only to find a credit card number has not been supplied

In this day of fraudsters, cheats and non payers, we cant dispatch unless payment has been made, or at least arranged via another means. We accept postal notes,  money orders, cheques but unless you contact us we cant proceed with the order.

With up to 150 boxes per week, our staff gather wrap and box , then proceed to the payment. No credit card or no phone call or email slows up the proccess dramatically

We then have to either email or phone you the customer, to arrange payment!

Please dont make us chase you to arrange payment. No Credit card please call and arrange an alternative.     0359773122

The Shopping Basket or shopping cart
Please do not be intimidated . No orders are processed until a confirmation has been emailed to you confirming all the details,so you cant be over charged or make a mistake! All credit card transactions are on secure line.
The program has had a few teething problems as we learn to work it correctly so no orders are dipatched until you have been contacted.
 
To see every Native orchid we have for sale at the current time proceed into the shopping cart. Every  native orchid we can find a photograph of has been entered!

Your shopping basket keeps track of the items you have selected while browsing through the store.
When you select a product to add to the basket, a quantity of 1 is initially recorded. If you would like to adjust the quantity you can do so by clicking the up and down arrow buttons for each product.
 
If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove items individually from the basket by clicking  Empty You can remove items individually by simply clicking on the trash can or by adjusting the quantity of the item you wish to remove until it equals 0. When you are certain you wish to purchase all the items in your basket, you will need to click on  Purchase Now  to finalise your payment.
 
If you have forgotten what products are in your basket, click on each product code link to view the description of the item.
 
The freight cost will be included in the total cost of your purchase.
If you have no credit card please email us  as to how you intend to pay. Please do not make us call you due to not knowing how you wish to pay as it will delay your order
 
Once you are sure you wish to purchase the items in your shopping basket, you proceed to the checkout where you will need to enter your personal details.
 
Once you have entered the customer details you must click the Proceed to Shipping Page button to confirm or adjust your shipping method options.
 
You will need to enter and submit your credit card details. Successful orders will display an order confirmation screen and you will receive a confirmation email to let you know your payment has been approved.
 
Important  To navigate within the shopping cart, use the main menu icon at the top of the screen. If you use the tabs to the left (Eg Intermediate Cyms) then you will be taken back to the main web site and will have to enter the shopping cart (which is a seperate website ) again and your order may be hard to find.

All our parcels are dispatched by Standard Australia Post
The prices quoted in the shopping cart section are generisations only, but are usually quite accurate.
Packaging and handling charges may apply for smaller orders to cover proffessional quality boxes and our usual large amount of soft shreddy paper!
THIS COVERS THE COST OF OUR PROFESSIONAL BOXES AND LOADS OF SOFT SHREDDY PAPER.
 
The Fine Print!
 
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.
Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform AUSTRALIAN ORCHID NURSERY if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.

Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

 

Refund Policy
 
REFUND POLICY
We will not refund any monies due to lost orders in transit.
Should you wish to have your parcels registered please ask. The addittional cost is only $5.00 via Australia post.
We have in the past had customers admit to freinds of reporting to us a lost order,which never was, and then excepting a second one ! The freind then informed us!
Any orchids arriving not to your satisfaction please contact ASAP for discussion. We do, and have replaced individual orchids damaged in transit.
Any orchids confiscated by customs and quarrantine outside Australia  are not our responsibility if licences and permits are not correctly obtained by the importer.
We cannot be versed in the laws of every country sorry.
 
The Fine Print!
 
If you receive a product that you believe is not what was expected we will replace the item or refund your money at our discretion. It will be your responsibility to mail the item back to our PO Box in its original undamaged condition.

Promotions and Competitions
Other Terms and Conditions not listed herein and applying to AUSTRALIAN ORCHID NURSERY promotions and competitions are incorporated into these terms and conditions. Unless expressly stated, to the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are not incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions will be in addition to the terms & conditions herein. To the extent that the other Terms and Conditions are incompatible with the Terms and Conditions herein, the other Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Should you object to any of these Terms and Conditions (including any subsequent amendments), you must immediately discontinue using this website.

Credit Card Details
